Other program guests

Flemming R.P. Rasch is a science fiction fan and occasional writer of short stories. He has been involved in organizing Fantasticon in most years since 2006. Other fan-activity includes publishing a few anthologies, editing books and magazines and translating short stories. He has a broad interest in the genres, from cosmic horror to hard sf, and from new wave to new weird.

Jane Mondrup writes various kinds of speculative fiction, for adults as well as children. So far, she has published the novel Zeitgeist and the children’s novel Vattes vandring plus a few short stories, and more on the way. In 2025, her science fiction novel ZOI will be published in English as well as Danish. Apart from writing, she’s in the con committee for Vilde Universer in Aarhus.

Jesper Rugård Jensen is a writer, science fiction-, fantasy- and horror-fan. Jesper has also been the chair for Fantasticon since 2022.

Mogensen her: cifs.dk/da/personer/klaus-ae-mogensen/

Maria O. Larsen (b. 1992) finished her degree in scriptwriting but got sidetracked by the event and concert industry. Now she is back on track writing scripts and event planning is taking a back seat as a hobby. Her main interest is in magical realism and urban fantasy and she’s hoping to make Danish cinema realise it’s okay to make movies that embrace the supernatural.

Saija Kyllönen enjoys travelling around for SF conventions. She likes to participate in con running and is a member of Archipelacon II concom. Administration is also close to Saija´s heart, so she has been the vice chair of ESFS for 12 years.

Sarah Stoltze is part of organising Fantasticon, and has been involved in fandom for a few years.
She recently started branching out to cons elsewhere in the world, like Worldcon in Glasgow and Eastercon in Belfast.
When not reading or attending cons, she crochets quite a bit, helps with running a creative club, and does some tabletop RPGs when she can get a group of (more or less) willing victims together.

Sidsel Pedersen is a science fiction and fantasy fan and active in the international con community. She has been part of the organisation of Fantasticon and is the chair of the con Vilde Universer in Aarhus. Sidsel has a cand. mag in history and social stories, which influences her reading of speculative fiction.

Tue Sørensen is a lifelong fan of science fiction, movies and comics and has been a part of organized fandom for many years. He is an aspiring writer of fiction and non-fiction projects, where utopian and anti-capitalist visions are key.
