Sign up for Fantasticon 2023

For Fantasticon 2023 we are once again using Billetfix
It handles all major credit cards, etc. It also delivers all relevant info to us as organizers. Making the process easy for both you and us. Please buy your ticket early as we plan the festival program from the sold tickets and the people we know will be attending.

Ticket prices:

One day ticket (only valid for the day you buy it for): 150 kr
Weekend ticket (for the whole convention): 250 kr

Are you under 26 years old? Then your ticket is free

If you are under 26 years old when you buy the ticket, you can get a free ticket, if you sign up no later than a week before Fantasticon (or before the free tickets are sold out).  We assume that you are honest about your age, but may require some sort of id at the registration desk, if we suspect that you are a bit older than 25. (We consider you under 26 if you were born in 1997 or later).

Most of the activities at Fantasticon are suitable for children, but children (under 12) don’t need a ticket if they are accompanied by one or more adult members.

What do the ticket include?

Your ticket gives you access to all of the programing for the days that you have payed for. It also lets you take part in the fan auction and give you access to the social hang out areas.
We are planning a dinner at a resturant on saturday, which is not part of the ticket price.

Find the program items here and read more about who is on the program here

Who buys their own ticket?

As a general rule invited guests are not required to buy a ticket, but we will of course appreciate it if you buy one anyway to support Fantasticon. The same goes for the guests of honour who gets a free ticket as well as travel and hotel costs payed by the convention

Committee members and volunteers are buying tickets the same as everyone else. This is 100% volunteer run convention, nobody gets payed to work on the convention and nobody on any program items are getting payed to be on the programing.
