Jakob LevinsenJakob Levinsen is a translator of a wide variety of books including Daniel Mendelsohn’s The Lost, Kazuo Ishiguro’s The Buried Giant, J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit, Brandon Sanderson’s The Way of Kings and a three volume collection of the stories of H.P. Lovecraft.

Jakob has an education in musicology and language, and has worked as a reviewer, editor and journalist for various publishers, magazines and newspapers. He has written books about classical music and opera, and J.R.R. Tolkien. He has a webpage (in Danish) here.
